Junior TikTok Shop Account Strategist (German & English Fluent)

Location : On-site in Barcelona / WFH

Languages : Native-level German and full professional fluency in English are mandatory.

About the Role :

We’re looking for a sharp, commercially minded TikTok Shop Account Strategist to join our team. You’ll be managing and growing brand accounts on TikTok Shop across the EU markets, with a special focus on the DACH and UK regions.

What You’ll Do

Develop and execute strategies to drive sales and visibility for brands on TikTok Shop.

Manage TikTok Shop accounts end-to-end : product uploads, campaign setups, promotional mechanics, and reporting.

Analyse data and performance metrics to optimise content, promotions, and conversion rates.

Liaise directly with TikTok’s internal teams and our brand clients to troubleshoot issues and push growth initiatives.

Craft briefs for creators and affiliates, ensuring alignment with brand goals.

Stay on top of TikTok Shop trends, platform changes, and competitor activities.

Must-Haves

• Native-level German and fluent English — both written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop accounts or other e-commerce marketplaces.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce KPIs, and sales funnels.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes chaotic environment.
• Sharp communicator who can build trust with clients and partners.
• Based in Barcelona, Manchester, or happy working remotely.
