David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing / BPO company that is looking to recruit a German-speaking B2B Customer Experience Specialist to join their offices in Valencia and support a new fintech scale-up project. This role varies from other similar positions by enabling the Specialist to take more responsibility over the project design.

Remuneration : Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Support B2B customers over the phone, email, and chat.
  • Communicate with customers to find the best solution to their problem.
  • Constantly brainstorm with your colleagues to improve the Customer Experience.
  • Troubleshooting, innovation, and change management are part of the daily business.
  • You will use the latest technology and AI integrations and become an expert in this field.
  • Control and handle payment inquiries from sellers and buyers through various client platforms.
  • Responsible for Trustpilot reviews improving overall company NPS through excellent service.
  • Flagging and escalation of customer queries and coming up with suitable solutions.
  • Mapping and improving business processes to enhance customer journey and satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Native level German and fluent English.
  • Customer service is in your DNA and you have some experience already.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An interest in innovation (think chatbot-integrations).
  • You are proactive and solution-oriented.
  • You can think outside the box to always find a solution for the customer.
  • A technical background is an advantage.
  • You are proficient with computers and can type at lightning speed.
