About the Job
Professionals at Ackcent Cybersecurity share a common goal : to improve the security of our customers, protect their assets from cyber threats, and provide high‑quality services through communication and care.
In this position, you will work closely with our security specialists, analysts, and consultants, playing a key role in our Service Delivery Team to ensure the successful delivery of high‑quality cybersecurity services.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in the initial meeting to get to know the client‑side stakeholders.
Monthly follow‑up : Analyze alert trends, false positives, detection tuning, and review all pending actions from previous meetings.
Orchestrate responses to client requests.
