WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR IN YOUR PROFILE?

  • Lead the design and development of new stores, from conceptualization to final execution, ensuring consistency with brand identity and operational needs are met.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external teams, as well as designers and suppliers, to ensure quality and adherence to established timelines.
  • Manage the budget allocated for store design and development projects.
  • Conduct market analysis and trend research to ensure designs are innovative and appealing to our target audience.
  • Oversee the implementation of quality and safety standards at all project stages.
  • Maintain close collaboration with the marketing, sales, construction, and project teams.
  • Develop and present an annual plan for store openings, including new openings, renovations, and updates.

WHAT DO WE NEED?

  • Degree in Business Administration, International Business, or similar.
  • Master's in Project Management is a plus.
  • Previous experience in project management, retail design, new store openings, and similar roles.
  • Analytical skills and market research capabilities (new trends, habits, and needs of the target audience…).
  • Financial knowledge : ability to manage budgets and perform cost analysis.
  • Teamwork skills.
  • B2 English level or higher.
  • Proficient in Office Suite (EXCEL).
  • Availability to travel.
