• ️ ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support via chat, calls, and emails, ensuring a smooth travel experienceStay up to date with relevant travel information, destinations, and service providersAssess customer needs, urgency, and preferences efficientlyHandle complex travel bookings, including flights, rail, accommodations, and additional services
• ️ RequirementsFluent English (C1), both written and spoken5+ years of experience in a business travel consultant role, handling air, rail, and accommodation bookings3+ years of experience using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) – MandatoryExperience in customer-facing roles or contact center environmentsProficiency with tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and SalesforceAbility to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7 AM – 11 PM)
