A Healthcare company is looking for a Marketing Manager with experience in medical device (consumables) or dental consumables.
This company is dedicated to producing innovative solutions in the field of dental health. With a long history, its products are used in numerous countries around the world.
Responsibilities
- Deploy the marketing initiatives and communication strategies in the scope of countries.
- Design, timely execute and follow a full operational marketing plan.
- Own the 360° activation of the brands, including media plans (traditional and digital).
- Deploy the communication campaigns to sales teams with constant and appropriate support (including training).
- Analyze sales and market results vs objectives / propose corrective actions if necessary.
- Support the implementation of the company digital strategy in close relationship with corporate digital marketing team and other local team members.
- Create / maintain the KOL network supporting the current brands. Ensure perfect compliance with the legal framework.
- Manage scientific & commercial shows.
- Manage and develop training with dentists in collaboration with KOL.
- Ensure continuous exchanges, reporting, and alignment with corporate teams.
- Manage the marketing budget.
Minimum Requirements
Education
Bac +4 / +5 including a marketing degree.Strong marketing skills acquired in well-known and structured companies, ideally in a company that is part of an international group.Experience
7-10 years of experience (minimum) in a product management position.Experience in well-known and structured companies, ideally in a company that is part of an international group where marketing orientation is a focus.Experience in operating in an international and matrix structure (solid relation with corporate structure).Experience in a multicultural environment.Career and professional development opportunities.
