Venga is on a mission to take innovative blockchain technologies from Web3 and DeFi space and bridge them to traditional finance inside a powerful app, empowering people to effortlessly discover, invest, and navigate the world of Web3.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for a marketing guru from the crypto, blockchain, and web3 space to join our team as the Marketing Lead. You will work directly with the CEO and, with a hands-on approach, design and execute Venga's marketing initiatives, both traditional and Web3, while establishing a data-driven framework that empowers the team to make informed and impactful decisions. What You'll Be Doing

  • Take ownership of Venga's marketing processes to lead, perfect, and enhance them while developing and implementing new strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
  • Establish a data analytics framework for the marketing team, communicating directly with the engineering teams to get things from zero to done.
  • Own Venga's marketing budget, controlling, managing, and optimizing expenditures.
  • Lead Venga's inbound and outbound marketing campaigns from planning to execution and analysis, focusing on reaching KPIs while optimizing ROI.
  • Lead Venga's affiliate and referral marketing initiatives.
  • Spearhead Venga's Web3 marketing, leveraging token-based incentives, crypto community engagement, and partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem to drive awareness, adoption, and loyalty.
  • Work cross-departmentally to design and implement marketing strategies integrating tokenomics, airdrops, rewards, and incentive mechanisms.
  • Identify and foster partnerships with other Web3 projects, influencers, and ecosystems to amplify brand visibility and adoption.
  • Establish KPIs for traditional marketing and Web3 marketing.
  • Lead the marketing team while providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Think outside the box and be ready to move fast because everything we do at Venga must be different, better, and faster.
  • Who You Are & What You'll Need

  • You have a proven track record working in a fast-growing crypto, blockchain, or web3 company, preferably at a CeFi app or crypto exchange.
  • You have 5+ years in marketing with relevant roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, brand communications, or other relevant degree.
  • A very high level of English with strong copywriting and reviewing skills.
  • Spanish and any additional language are a big plus.
  • You have experience working with and setting up marketing analytics frameworks with tools such as Power BI, AppsFlyer, Google Analytics, CRM, and other marketing automation tools.
  • You are comfortable communicating with the engineering team to ensure the development and correct functionality of all marketing tools.
  • You have experience working in Figma, Photoshop, and other equivalent tools.
  • You have excellent planning and project management skills, preferably with experience in agile methodologies and the scrum framework .
  • You are not afraid to get your hands dirty and are ready to get involved in multiple processes simultaneously.
  • You are exceptionally well organized and can stay calm when working to tight deadlines.
  • You can break complex problems into viable and actionable chunks and solve each problem accurately and effectively.
