We are seeking a skilled LIMS Project Manager to lead the implementation and integration of a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for a growing laboratory in Spain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing end-to-end LIMS projects and possess a deep understanding of laboratory workflows and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the full project lifecycle of LIMS implementation and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, QA, lab staff, and external vendors.
- Translate lab requirements into system functionality and ensure successful system configuration.
- Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communication.
- Conduct training and support change management processes.
Requirements :
Proven experience implementing and integrating LIMS in a laboratory environment.Strong project management skills (Agile or Waterfall methodologies).Excellent communication in English; Spanish is a plus.Knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g. GMP, GLP) is highly desirable.J-18808-Ljbffr
