Graphic Designer

Fever is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer - (Social Media Especialist) to take a lead role in the creative and graphic management of our multiple brands social media channels. This person will be the bridge between the social media team and the design team ensuring brand consistency while keeping up with the latest organic trends and visual storytelling strategies for platforms like Instagram TikTok and beyond.

As part of our creative team this role requires someone who understands the native language of different social platforms can balance fresh modern designs with organic social trends and constantly seeks and shares inspiration to elevate our content.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative and graphic strategy for our social media channels across multiple brands ensuring high-impact visual storytelling.
• Act as a bridge between the social media and design teams ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment with marketing goals.
• Master Canva and other digital tools to create on-brand engaging and high-quality content for different platforms.
• Adapt designs to the unique style format and audience preferences of each social platform (Instagram TikTok Twitter Facebook etc.).
• Stay on top of the latest social media design trends and implement best practices in visual storytelling.
• Develop and optimize templates workflows and content formats to streamline social media content creation.
• Guide and inspire the team by sharing insights references and new creative approaches.
• Present and pitch creative concepts based on social media trends and audience engagement insights.
• Modify and refine content based on internal and client feedback while maintaining high creative standards.
