Project Resource Administrator

Our client, an international IT service provider, is seeking aProject Resource Administrator to join them as a contractor, with the option to work fully remote or onsite within the charming region of Valencia. Starting at an initial 6 month contract, multiple extensions are expected and there is great, long-term potential.

Responsibilities :

• Organising interviews / pre-screening activities for DDP and support other units within DD as needed.
• Onboarding all new joiners (contractors) within DDP.
• Support with Annual Leave management by ensuring the DDP team calendar is up to date as well as ensure all roles have an OIC identified during their leaves.
• Inform of the new changes on the organigram to the HR team.
• Follow up with onboarding and offboarding tickets to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
• Ensure Terms of References are up to date.
• Coordinate together with the Project Control Assistant colleague that project effort estimations are accurate and are provided on time.
• Consolidating resources requests for project allocation that creates the most value for the business and its clients.
