Marketing Campaigns Manager

Descripción del trabajoYou will lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution, ensuring consistency globally with regional customization. You will drive campaign strategy as the primary manager, focusing on effectiveness and ROI. Team Collaboration and Management You will support team members to achieve campaign objectives, ensuring high-quality outputs and adherence to timelines. Cross-Functional Collaboration You will collaborate with external stakeholders (agencies, channel partners) to optimize campaign execution and efficiency. Data Analysis and Optimization You will provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous campaign improvement. Digital Marketing Expertise You will stay updated with industry trends and best practices to innovate and refine campaign strategies. Opportunities You will foster strong partnerships across teams and with external stakeholders to create cohesive campaigns tailored to diverse markets. You will explore new tools and strategies to enhance campaign efficiency and audience engagement. You should have strategic planning ability to develop and execute global, multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business goals. You should have strong data-driven decision-making skills to analyze data streams, optimize campaigns, and measure performance against KPIs. You should have expertise in integrated campaign management across global markets and customer journey stages. You should have knowledge of digital marketing channels, marketing automation tools, and CRM systems. You should have exceptional collaboration, communication, project management, and organizational skills. Care about : Building strong, meaningful relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive value and engagement. Commit to : Delivering impactful customer success stories and reference programs with excellence and attention to detail. Collaborate with : Cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and external agencies to achieve shared goals. Challenge : Existing processes to continuously improve the efficiency and visibility of customer references. Maternity leave : Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month. Civil Partnership : 1 week of paid leave if you're getting married. This covers marriages and civil partnerships, including same sex / civil partnership. Family care : 4 weeks of paid family care leave. Recharge days : 4 days per year to use when you need to physically or mentally recharge. Study leave : 2 weeks of paid leave each year for study or personal development.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Campaigns Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of global integrated marketing campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates cross-functionally, and uses data-driven insights to drive impactful marketing initiatives across multiple channels.
OPPORTUNITIES
- Campaign Strategy and Execution
You will develop, execute, and optimize global integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals and customer journey stages.
You will work within a team of campaign managers and content creators, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
You will work closely with internal teams (design, product marketing, sales, customer success) to align campaigns with business objectives.
You will analyze performance data from digital platforms, CRM, and campaign tools to optimize campaigns and achieve KPIs.
You will utilize deep knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing) to maximize campaign impact.
You will drive impactful, multi-channel marketing campaigns to enhance global growth and brand visibility.
