Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Distributor Sales Specialist. The role involves managing distributor relationships, identifying opportunities, and driving sales growth by implementing effective sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining customer service excellence, facilitating communication between the company and its distributor network, and ensuring seamless coordination. You will analyze market trends, provide training and support to distributors, and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with distributors and clients effectively.
• Proven ability in Sales and Sales Management, including the development and implementation of strategies to meet sales targets.
• Experience with Account Management to support distributors, ensuring their needs are met, and growth is achieved.
• Knowledge of the manufacturing and welding industry is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Practical skills in welding technology would be a plus.
