Exclusive Opportunity - Sales Manager, Spain
Role Overview
We are partnering with a leading international MedTech organization to appoint a Sales Manager for Spain. This is a strategic commercial leadership role responsible for driving growth, strengthening distributor and customer relationships, and shaping the company’s presence in one of its key European markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise all sales and marketing activities within Spain to achieve revenue, market share, and pricing objectives.
- Manage and guide hospital account managers and distributor sales teams, ensuring effective execution of strategy and commercial plans.
- Prepare and implement annual sales and marketing plans with distributors, including product-specific action plans and budgets.
- Visit distributors and customers regularly, providing training, education, and support on products and sales techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), ensuring the company is positioned as a trusted partner in interventional cardiology and beyond.
- Provide monthly sales forecasts, activity plans, and achievement reports to senior leadership.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and distributor meetings, actively contributing to broader commercial strategy.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales / Marketing, or related field; additional medical background is a plus.3–5 years of successful experience in medical device sales management.Strong track record in distributor management and hospital account development.Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Commercially driven with proven ability to achieve sales growth and market share expansion.Analytical, resilient, and results-oriented, with strong financial and strategic acumen.Fluent in Spanish and English.Why Join?
