As the Paid Media Marketing Manager , you will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms to support our growth in the French and Spanish markets. You will collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective acquisition strategies and generate qualified leads for our solutions.

What you will do at Signaturit

  • Define and implement paid search engine acquisition strategies (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.)
  • Analyze SEA campaign performance and take corrective actions to optimize ROI
  • Conduct keyword research and identify optimization opportunities
  • Manage advertising budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Create and test ads and landing pages to maximize conversions
  • Analyze performance data using Looker Studio, GA4, Salesforce, and HubSpot, evaluating metrics such as CPC, CVR, CPL, and ROI
  • Collaborate with the SEO team to align organic and paid strategies
  • Provide regular reports on campaign performance and suggest improvements
  • Stay updated with the latest SEA trends and propose innovative solutions

What we believe should contribute to your success

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience managing SEA campaigns, ideally in SaaS or B2B environments
  • Proficient with SEA / SMA platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)
  • Solid knowledge of campaign optimization (CPC, CPL, etc.)
  • Skilled in bid management tools and campaign automation
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make KPI-based decisions
  • Autonomous, proactive, and a team player
  • Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of French is a plus
