V is seeking an Sales Manager to join our Sales Team for the EMEA region. The Sales Manager, Spain is part of the FOH® EU Sales team. This role contributes to the success of the company by developing sales strategies to achieve revenue and expense budgets for Spain. The Sales Manager supports our vision by being dedicated and committed to growth for the Spain region.
This is a Full-Time salaried position This role has a 50-60% overnight travel requirement. Actively works with the Sales Director, EMEA & APAC in strategic planning and goal setting of all aspects of the country Meets and exceeds sales targets set by management, while maintaining their annual expense budgets Develops, negotiates, implements and measures hotel chain programs Utilizes CRM tool to drive customer retention and to optimize sales opportunities Works collaboratively with Sales & Customer Service team to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies Consistently engages in regional analyses for future needs identification Provides regular activity reports to the head office Participates in sales meetings and strategy sessions Implements and executes large-scale projects from start to finish, using project management skills Prepares monthly analytical reports on performance, wins, and shortfalls Participates in special projects, handles emergency requests and performs other related duties as requested Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in sales in Spain related to table-tops, hospitality, guest room luxury accessories or related industry Knowledge in CRM systems, HubSpot preferred Proficient in all Microsoft Applications
Bilingual in Spanish and English Return on investment mindset as it relates to scheduling, travel, and sales efforts Cultural awareness of business practices, etiquette, and customs Communicate with excellence and clarity both verbally and in writing Project management skills and strong attention to detail Strategic thinking, planning and execution Complete projects as a self-starter with minimum supervision
