Within Azure Data, the databases team builds and maintains Microsoft's operational Database systems. We store and manage data in a structured way to enable a multitude of applications across various industries. We are on a journey to enable developer-friendly, mission-critical, AI-enabled operational Databases across relational, non-relational, and OSS offerings.
Come join the Azure Data Customer Advisory Team (CAT) as a Customer Experience Program Manager and be an integral part of our customers’ business transformation using Microsoft’s Data and AI Platform. We are looking for someone motivated to upskill our field, partners, and customers in using PostgreSQL. On this team, you will work closely with customers, partners, product managers, and sales teams to scale the knowledge for PostgreSQL. Your first area of responsibility will be building content and training through credentials and certifications. As you grow in that role, you will also work with customers to solve problems, educate on best practices, and collect and curate product feedback to ensure new usage of features.
