Leading Visual Direction

The role of Art Director is pivotal in shaping the visual identity of a new project within the Action RPG genre. This individual will oversee the full game development cycle, from concept to production, and influence key decisions related to art direction.

This position requires an exceptionally high level of artistic skill, coupled with significant gaming experience and a deep understanding of current game development trends.

  • Define and develop the visual style of the project in collaboration with the Game Director
  • Communicate artistic vision effectively to Concept Art, 3D Art, Animation, VFX, Environment Art, UI, Marketing teams
  • Cultivate and mentor Team Leads specializing in various art directions, promoting their professional growth

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Art Director in the gaming industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the entire workflow cycle from concept to production, encompassing user interface, VFX, modeling, character development, and animation
  • Prior experience in creating at least one project from concept to release
  • SUCCESSFUL management of an Art Team and coordination of inter-team processes
  • Excellent presentation, argumentation, and communication skills
  • Advanced (C1) level English language proficiency or higher
