We at LanguageWire provide businesses with holistic and tailored localization solutions for all their language needs by leveraging AI technology and deep human expertise.

The LanguageWire Platform, the product you would be part of driving, is the beating heart of our organisation. It’s the place where our customers, language experts, and project managers meet and collaborate on managing (often very complex) localization projects. We’re planning major extensions to our platform and need a passionate product professional to turn our vision into reality.

The role you’ll play

  • Report to the Director of Product for Core Platform.
  • Collaborate with other Directors of Product and Engineering.
  • Work with senior stakeholders from other parts of the organization, including the operations, commercial and finance divisions.
  • Being responsible for LanguageWire Platform products in our product ecosystem.
  • Driving product vision and strategy together with your team and our product leaders.
  • Aligning business goals and product vision with customer and user needs.
  • Connecting with your users to understand their problems deeply and become their voice.
  • Driving product discovery to experiment and test ideas quickly to find the best solution.
  • Collaborating closely with product design, product marketing, and engineering during all phases of the product life cycle.
  • Driving product excellence to improve our product management practices and processes.
  • Mentoring colleagues to help them grow.

  • Demonstrated innovation by creating and launching a strategically important product / feature successfully.
  • Have organized regular feedback sessions with selected customers, who consider you a thought leader for the LanguageWire platform.
  • Are the go-to person in our company for our LanguageWire Platform related matters.
  • Have built strong ties to other teams and product managers in our organization.
  • Feel confident to manage and facilitate between internal stakeholders across our company.
  • Improved the product management practices in your team and tribe.

  • 5+ years of experience in product management.
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid experience in product management methodologies and practices.
  • Data-driven approach to make more informed decisions.
  • Drive for excellence to learn and improve continuously.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills to thrive in a cross-functional setup.
  • Strong writing and verbal English skills.

  • Experience in the language industry or with language products.
  • Experience or background in engineering.
  • Experience working with a distributed and international team.
  • Experience with the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) framework.
