The Role

• Analyse customer business processes and translate them into functional requirements.
• Coordinate with integration and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Implement and configure application solutions within customer environments.
• Provide functional advice and ongoing support to customers.
• Train end users to ensure effective adoption of applications.
• Monitor project progress and participate in planning activities.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of consulting methodologies and processes.
