Key Responsibilities :
As a Customer Support Advisor, you will be pivotal in understanding and addressing the needs of our international travellers. Your responsibilities include :
- Listening to, responding to, and mediating between travellers and accommodation suppliers worldwide, ensuring top-notch customer service.
- Clarifying inquiries regarding services, payments, and technical requirements, providing precise information, and following established processes via email and phone.
Requirements :
Language Skills : Proficient in Danish (C2 level) and advanced English.Communication : Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.Technical Skills : Proficient with PC usage, including Office 365, CRM databases, and other internal platforms.Mindset : Problem-solving, solution-oriented, positive, and motivated, capable of handling challenging customer issues.Work Approach : Goal-oriented, adaptable to changing priorities and business processes.Experience : Previous experience in customer service or contact center environments is valued.Availability : Able to work both from the office and remotely (within 100km from the office).Benefits :
