The mission of the Commercial Finance Executive is to drive Roiback's growth and operational excellence across key sectors, balancing commercial ambitions, operational and compliance needs, and ecosystem integration.This role will be critical in executing strategic actions across the organization, interacting with commercial, administrative, internal teams, external advisors, clients, and partners.You will impact three strategic areas :

Growth :

Lead in coordinating commercial and legal activities related to business development partnerships, adding strategic products to scale Roiback’s offerings in line with the 3-year plan.GDPR and Legal Compliance :

Play a pivotal role between compliance and commercial teams to oversee contractual and operational adjustments ensuring GDPR and other legal compliance.Client Contract Standards :

Review and ensure all client contracts meet company standards, supporting negotiations when updates are needed.Ecosystem Collaboration :

Coordinate between Hotebeds legal teams and Roiback commercial teams to ensure legal framework alignment within the HBX ecosystem.Skills :

Project Management :

Initiate, plan, execute projects to achieve specific goals within timelines, breaking down tasks, setting schedules, and monitoring progress.Business Needs Understanding :

Possess a solid understanding of key business priorities and both commercial and legal needs.Technical and Analytical Skills :

  • Use tools like Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, Jira proficiently;

identify key metrics and build reports and insights.Problem Solving :

Approach problems from various perspectives, coordinate teams across roles to find long-term solutions.Attention to Detail :

Focus on processing complex information with accuracy, especially contractual agreements.Experience :

Minimum 3 years in administrative, audit, procurement, or operational roles.Proficient in Excel.Fluent in English and Spanish.Qualifications :

Degree in Economics, Legal, Political Science, or similar.MBA or Master’s in Project Management, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.HBX Group values diversity and is committed to an inclusive workplace.
