What You Will Do

  • Reception, qualification, and prioritization of incidents, questions, and service requests
  • Handling disruptions in Onsite Support (including user contact)
  • Advising users on questions about our DWS platform
  • Support in the staging process

What You Bring

  • Completed training in the IT field
  • Confident handling of MS Office, ticket systems, Windows, and mobile devices (iOS and Android)
  • Ability to work reliably, self-organized, and flexibly in a fast-paced environment with high customer and service orientation
  • Willingness to work outside of normal working hours and on bank holidays (this is economically compensated)
  • In addition to Spanish, good knowledge of English. Some German knowdledge will be highly valued
