Head of Construction – Renewable Energy Projects (USA) | Spanish Citizenship Required

Ithaca, New York (USA) | On-site | Full-time | International Relocation Required

EV Solar USA is hiring a Head of Construction to lead the execution of utility-scale solar projects across the USA.

This is a high-responsibility, on-site leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO.

Important : This position is exclusively open to Spanish citizens , whether currently living in Spain or already residing in the USA . Candidates must be able to relocate to Ithaca, USA . Visa sponsorship and full relocation support are available for candidates based in Spain.

Minimum Requirements – Only qualified candidates will be considered :

10+ years of experience in a similar position (preferably EPC solar projects)

Willingness to relocate to Ithaca, New York (USA)

High English proficiency (spoken and written), demonstrable – candidates will be tested

Spanish citizenship (currently living in Spain or already residing in the USA)

Applicants will be asked to confirm these three points during the selection process.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all phases of solar project construction across the U.S.

Manage multidisciplinary teams, ensuring collaboration, safety, and performance.

Track project timelines, budgets, and quality goals.

Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, and Design departments.

Resolve challenges efficiently and implement process improvements.
