What You Will Do

Manage a battery system in hybrid powertrain solutions from innovation to mass production and aftersales.

Develop a strategic roadmap to meet stakeholder requirements balancing technology, quality, and cost.

Oversee system definition, design, validation, and mass production.

Ensure system development meets technical requirements from various stakeholders throughout the lifecycle, following the V-CYCLE Design process. Lead system engineers to translate requirements into components and software.

Manage organ sizing, validation, and new function development.

Ensure consistency and simplification across organs and applications, working closely with project and component teams.

Handle system procedures and standard processes (FMA, risk analysis, functional safety, validation plans, specifications).

What We Are Looking For

Experience : 5 years

Education : Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Preferably a Master's in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a generalist in mechanics with a specialization in electronics.

Experience : Systems engineering experience. Preferably related to the automotive industry or similar, with experience in engineering requirements management (DOORS, MagicDraw), modeling languages (SysML), and big data.

Languages : English

Additional Skills and Personal Attributes : Proficiency in Matlab / Simulink, DOORS, MagicDraw, MIL, HARA, big data analysis, programming, data analysis, ISO 26262; ability to solve complex technical problems, dynamic, proactive, responsible, synthesis ability, critical thinking, teamwork.
