As a product team, our goal is to improve the life of our students and our tutors, drive amazing learning outcomes for our learners and enable our tutors to financially thrive through the platform. And we want to do this all while generating business value for Preply so we can help even more people! We strongly believe that we can't achieve business success without our students' and tutors' success.

What you’ll be doing :

Own the full product lifecycle for a key area of our platform : from discovery and definition to delivery and continuous improvement. You’ll be responsible for ensuring each phase delivers value to both our users and the business.

Define and evolve the product strategy, and roadmap : aligning broader business goals, customers, data, and internal stakeholders to set a clear direction and bring teams together to deliver on it.

Partner closely with engineering, design, and the business to build and ship high-impact features. You’ll facilitate collaboration across disciplines, ensuring the right problems are solved with scalable, user-centered solutions.

Prioritize initiatives effectively : making tough trade-offs, clearly articulate the reasoning behind prioritization, and ensure focus on the highest-leverage opportunities.

Leverage qualitative and quantitative insights to inform product decisions : design and interpret experiments, conduct user research, and dig into data to validate hypotheses and identify areas for improvement.

Define, track, and communicate product success metrics : using them to guide learning and continuous iteration, celebrate wins and drive learnings for future product improvements.

Act as the internal champion for your product area : developing deep subject matter expertise and ensuring visibility and understanding of your product’s impact across the company.

What you need to succeed

Experience in Senior Product Management positions, in rapid-growth or evolving environments, where adaptability and focus are key.

Ability working with data and metrics, using analytical thinking to inform decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

Comfortable being hands-on and collaborative, able to contribute directly to product development while also thinking strategically across the product lifecycle.

A strong sense of empathy for customers, using deep user understanding to inform and shape product direction.

Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well across teams and bring people along in the decision-making process.

An eye for good design and user experience, and a desire to help create products that are not just functional but genuinely delightful to use.
