Solution Architect – SAP FI / CO (m / f / d)

Overview

As a Solution Architect SAP FI / CO, you will design and implement financial and controlling solutions in SAP, ensuring compliance with US-specific standards while contributing to global solution strategies.

You will act as a trusted expert in SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and CO (Controlling), enabling seamless financial processes, system integration, and regulatory compliance. This role combines project delivery, optimization, and advisory responsibilities, ensuring financial workflows support both operational and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Define and architect SAP FI / CO solutions tailored to US business and compliance requirements.
• Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver SAP implementation projects.
• Optimize financial planning, general ledger, reporting, and controlling processes.
• Oversee integration of FI / CO with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
• Conduct risk assessments and recommend improvements for financial workflows.
• Govern and guide support teams handling SAP FI / CO maintenance activities.
• Perform system validation and IT housekeeping to safeguard data integrity.
• Contribute as an expert to large-scale transformation programs, focusing on SAP FI / CO.
