A330 Technical Training Instructor

We are currently recruiting an A330 MRTT Technical Training Instructor for an important client base Seville (Spain).

Requirements

Experience and Training :

Certified Aircraft Maintenance Technician (or equivalent qualification) with a minimum of 3 years of experience on MRTT — experience certificates will be required, or;

EASA B2 Licensed Engineer (B1 license would be a plus) with at least 5 years of experience on A330 — A330 type rating endorsed.

Proven ability to develop and deliver technical training programs.

Proficiency in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.

Familiarity with EASA Part 147 training requirements.

Tasks

Develop and deliver technical training courses for the Airbus A330 MRTT aircraft, including both theoretical and practical components.

Assess and evaluate trainees' performance and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain up-to-date training materials and documentation.

Collaborate with other instructors and training staff to ensure consistency and quality of training programs.

Support the continuous improvement of training methods and materials.
