Your mission

  • Project Development Support : Assist the Project Development team with daily tasks and activities to ensure smooth project progression.
  • Documentation Management : Maintain and update project Virtual Data Rooms (VDRs) with relevant documentation at each stage of project development.
  • Project Scheduling : Manage project schedules by defining activities, sequencing tasks, estimating resources, and determining durations.
  • PV Farm Optimization : Optimize the performance and efficiency of photovoltaic (PV) farms.
  • Hybrid Renewable Projects : Provide support for the development and implementation of hybrid renewable energy projects.
  • Timeline Monitoring : Monitor project delivery timelines and implement best practices to ensure timely completion across the portfolio.
  • Innovation Identification : Identify and propose opportunities for innovation within the solar engineering sector.
  • Consistent Documentation : Ensure a consistent and organized documentation repository for all projects.

Your profile

  • Educational Background : Higher degree in Industrial Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in renewable energy projects, with a proven track record as a Project Engineer in the development of energy projects.
  • Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage in technical discussions across diverse cultural settings.
  • Language Proficiency : High proficiency in both English and Spanish.
  • Flexibility : Geographic and travel availability.
