As part of our growing team, we're seeking a PAM Consultant . Based in Barcelona, this role will put you at the core of a top-tier Incident Response team, defending the digital assets of a company that connects hundreds of millions of people every month.

Your Role

You will ensure the smooth operation, optimization, and cloud transition of the company’s Privileged Access Management and Identity Governance platforms. Collaborating with international teams you will maintain operational excellence while driving process improvements and automation initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee IAM / PAM operational processes, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Monitor performance, ensure SLA compliance, and drive continuous service improvement.
• Maintain and update technical and functional documentation related to IAM / PAM operations.
• Analyze ITSM metrics and performance indicators to inform management decisions.
