Cybersecurity Compliance & Analytics Analyst – Financial Services – Up to €70k + package – Malaga

Overview :

We have recently partnered with a leading Financial Services organisation who are currently looking for a detail-oriented and collaborative Compliance Analyst to join their cybersecurity team and help shape the future of secure, compliant operations. As a Compliance Analyst in their cybersecurity division, you'll play a critical role in ensuring they meet regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards. You'll be hands-on with compliance monitoring, internal audits, policy development, and cross-functional collaboration, all to ensure their systems and data remain secure and resilient.

Role & Responsibilities :

• Support audits and assessments related to GDPR, PCI DSS, SOC2, ISO 27001, and similar standards.
• Develop and maintain compliance policies and documentation.
• Create and manage reports and internal workflows for access management and security protocols.
• Conduct compliance training sessions for staff.
• Promote cybersecurity best practices across departments.
• Work closely with IT, legal, and operations to embed compliance into daily processes.
• Track compliance metrics and prepare for third-party audits.
• Stay current with evolving cybersecurity laws and frameworks.
• Identify gaps and suggest enhancements for compliance programs.
