Are you passionate about technical sales and building strong client relationships? Join our team as a Service Sales Representative and play a key role in driving customer loyalty and business growth through our Service product portfolio.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Lead and manage client interactions within your designated area (Catalonia, Valencia, and Balearic Islands) to ensure customer loyalty through our Service products.
- Increase sales volume and profitability of our Service portfolio.
- Plan activities and set objectives within the Service Sales team.
- Launch and promote sales campaigns for Service-related products.
- Provide technical and commercial advice to clients across the designated region.
- Collaborate on cross‑selling initiatives with the new equipment sales team and other GEA technology sales teams.
- Review and understand technical reports from the field team to facilitate effective client communication.
- Participate in trade fairs, promoting service equipment sales alongside new equipment sales.
- Provide market feedback (competition, trends, etc.) to the service equipment sales management team.
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical); Chemical or Electrical Engineering also considered. Electrical and / or industrial process knowledge is a plus.Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales.Strong customer orientation and goal‑driven mindset.Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English.Knowledge of sales processes, organizational methods, and ERP tools.Advanced Excel skills.Team player with excellent communication skills.Valid driver’s license and availability to travel.Benefits
