ROLE & PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

We’re looking for a proactive People Data Analyst to support the development and monitoring of KPIs, data collection, report generation, and data integrity across HR systems. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and assistance in HR reporting projects.

THIS APPEALS TO YOU

• Support in the development, maintenance, and monitoring of HR and leadership KPIs to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Gather and prepare data for detailed reports, dashboards, analyses, and forecasts, helping to identify trends and derive actionable insights.
• Help create and format reports using tools like Excel, PowerBI, SAC and SAP SF, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
• Support the team in maintaining data integrity and transparency across HR systems.
• Contribute to managing requirements, optimization and testing of data queries and reporting tools to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR analytics and reporting to support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to support the alignment of HR processes with business objectives.
• Provide support for HR reporting and analytics projects, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
