VIE Mission Sustainability - Mexico City

Join L’Oréal as a VIE for a 2‑year mission focused on Sustainability and Marketing.
Responsibilities
Year One
- Assist in the implementation plan to drive the LATAM roadmap for the division, including governance and execution plan, cross‑functional business partners.
- Develop streamlined reporting tools, tracking, and verification processes. Monitor and track progress in partnership with project support representatives to track collective KPIs.
- Conduct environmental and market research; provide ad‑hoc research, data collection, information synthesis, and consumer insights data to inform decisions.
- Support monthly meetings and draft analysis, e.g., PowerPoint briefing decks and research memos on environmental sustainability topics.
Year Two
Assist the marketing team with content creation, social media management, email campaigns, event coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of marketing activities.Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and support content strategy development.Help create, send, and analyze email marketing campaigns.Gather data on market trends, competitors, and target audiences.Support the planning and execution of marketing events.Collect campaign data and prepare basic performance reports.Manage marketing calendars and departmental support tasks.Qualifications
Recent graduate from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability & CSR, Sustainable Development, Business, Finance or Marketing.Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.Previous internship or professional experience in Marketing, Trade, or Digital (ideally in FMCG, Healthcare, or Beauty industries).Experience in Sustainability & CSR or Sustainable Development is a big plus.Quick learning and problem‑solving skills; interest in a broad range of sustainability topics.Highly organized, reliable, self‑starting with strong project management skills.Ability to multitask, analyze, and solve complex issues.English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.Benefits
