VIE Mission Sustainability - Mexico City

Location : Mexico City, Mexico

Join L’Oréal as a VIE for a 2‑year mission focused on Sustainability and Marketing.

Responsibilities

Year One

  • Assist in the implementation plan to drive the LATAM roadmap for the division, including governance and execution plan, cross‑functional business partners.
  • Develop streamlined reporting tools, tracking, and verification processes. Monitor and track progress in partnership with project support representatives to track collective KPIs.
  • Conduct environmental and market research; provide ad‑hoc research, data collection, information synthesis, and consumer insights data to inform decisions.
  • Support monthly meetings and draft analysis, e.g., PowerPoint briefing decks and research memos on environmental sustainability topics.

Year Two

  • Assist the marketing team with content creation, social media management, email campaigns, event coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operation of marketing activities.
  • Schedule posts, monitor engagement, and support content strategy development.
  • Help create, send, and analyze email marketing campaigns.
  • Gather data on market trends, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events.
  • Collect campaign data and prepare basic performance reports.
  • Manage marketing calendars and departmental support tasks.

    • Qualifications

  • Recent graduate from a Bachelor’s or Master’s program, ideally in Supply Chain Management, Sustainability & CSR, Sustainable Development, Business, Finance or Marketing.
  • Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Previous internship or professional experience in Marketing, Trade, or Digital (ideally in FMCG, Healthcare, or Beauty industries).
  • Experience in Sustainability & CSR or Sustainable Development is a big plus.
  • Quick learning and problem‑solving skills; interest in a broad range of sustainability topics.
  • Highly organized, reliable, self‑starting with strong project management skills.
  • Ability to multitask, analyze, and solve complex issues.
  • English is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.
