For one of our key clients—an established multinational distributor in the plastics sector—we are currently recruiting a Junior Inside Sales Representative based in Valencia.About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Inside Sales Representative to join a dynamic commercial team. This is a great opportunity for a young professional with strong communication skills and a passion for B2B sales and international trade.The position will involve managing a portfolio of clients, supporting the sales team, and collaborating closely with logistics and customer service. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and wants to build a long-term career in commercial roles.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and nurture a portfolio of B2B customers across assigned regions.Support the external sales team with offers, customer follow-ups, and commercial documentation.Coordinate order processing, pricing, and product availability.Communicate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.Assist with reporting, data entry, and CRM updates.Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities and market trends.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in International Business, Commerce, Economics, or related field.Some experience (internship or 1–2 years) in sales support, inside sales, trading, or customer service.Fluent English is mandatory.
