Role Purpose

Lead improvements to the company's online lending business. Product managers provide the deep product expertise needed to lead the organization and make strategic product decisions.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Deep dive into the business and user metrics to identify problems and insights
  • Learn about our customers’ needs and behavioral patterns
  • Set and validate hypotheses
  • Analyze profitability and assist in building financial models
  • Build effective user interfaces with a focus on UX and CRO
  • Manage the product backlog and supervise feature implementation
  • Maintain a user-centric perspective, understanding client needs and problems
  • Focus on overall user experience
  • Achieve product-market fit
  • Utilize client-based economics, working with metrics such as LTV, ARPU, MAU
  • Understand technology and track record in solving business problems through technology and business processes
  • Improve conversion and take-up rates at all client interaction stages (e.g., registration, application funnel, customer area, triggered communication)
  • Enhance profitability by increasing revenue per loan, per client, portfolio value, and optimizing product lines and loyalty programs
  • Reduce operational costs through strategies like fighting early repayment, insurance, processing optimization, increasing amounts, recurring charges, and gradient rates
  • Execute complex technological and organizational projects in an agile manner (e.g., partner API development, processing integration improvements, use of Instantor data for registration and offers)

    • Experience

    At least 3-4 years of experience in online product management. Experience in the Insurance or Finance sectors is a plus.
