Due to the expansion of our activities, BYD Spain is looking for a Logistics Specialist to work in the Vehicle Logistics department.

The Vehicle Logistics department takes care of the inbound of all the vehicles imported in Spain and other countries in Europe and also the distribution of those vehicles in Spain. It is responsible for exploring the most suitable solutions for all logistics issues in the automotive division.

As a Logistics Specialist, you will :

  • Deal with logistics claims and control logistics costs.
  • Arrange commercial documents (invoices, etc.) to be delivered to and handled by the related parties.
  • Operate within different systems used for the control of the movement of cargo and finance, such as CRM, ERP, or SAP systems.
  • Arrange transport (trucking, shipping, or both) by selecting the most suitable suppliers and methods.
  • Maintain and update daily data with and without systems (e.g., Excel).
  • Communicate daily with local logistics service partners to follow up on the real-time status of shipments / transportations.

We hope you have :

  • A Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in International Trade or related fields.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required; fluency in Chinese is a plus.
  • Familiarity with international logistics policies and regulations, with at least 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills; clear thinking, excellent execution, and a strong sense of responsibility.
