Legal Counsel

Your mission

Draft and review, a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, partnership, NDAs, and services agreements.

Advise on corporate, commercial, intellectual property, data protection (GDPR), and regulatory matters relevant to the SaaS industry.

Develop and maintain internal policies, templates, and procedures to ensure legal consistency and operational efficiency.

Collaborate with finance and operations on risk assessment, contract management, and compliance monitoring.

Work in close collaboration with the Legal team

Support the management of relationships with external law firms and ensure cost-effective legal support.

Stay up to date on regulatory changes affecting the SaaS and tech industry and communicate implications to stakeholders.

Support the delivery of training sessions to raise awareness of key legal and compliance topics across the company.

Your profile

2-3 years of experience in a similar role.

Degree in Law or in Law and Business.

Advanced English level (C1).

Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.

Results-oriented with a focus on excellence.

Resilience to maintain high performance under pressure.

Initiative to propose improvements and innovative solutions.

Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively in a team.
