Provide financial support to a country or group of countries while reporting directly to the Regional Commercial Finance Manager. The main responsibility will be to support profitable growth within the region and be a strong Finance voice while interacting with sales teams of countries in scope.
Duties and responsibilities
Budgeting / Outlooking & Forecasting
- Help in monthly and quarterly forecast and Outlook process for the countries in scope which includes review funnel with sales representatives and support the HW Forecast process.
- Review and consolidate monthly HW Outlook highlighting Risk & Ops for the countries in scope for both business lines (Traditional and Managed Print Services / MPS).
- Provide support on managing and controlling overall budget & expenses for the region.
Reporting & Analysis
Provide needed Business reporting to support entire Organization of countries in scope.Provide inputs to GBS / reporting team on any Region / Country specific reporting requirements.Responsibility for any internal queries throughout the month.Track and analyze Sell Out performance on both HW and supplies.Understand and be able to explain 606 accounting complexities by account by interacting with the Revenue Accounting Team, highlighting potential errors and tracking resolution.Analyze profitability by account for both MPS and traditional business.Education and Experience
University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or equivalent.5 to 6 years of experience as a Finance analyst.Audit, planning or accounting experience mandatory.Strong in English, written and oral; German is a plus.US GAAP experience mandatory.Skills
