We are looking for a Section Manager – Vehicle Planning to lead production planning and logistics coordination for new product launches and ensure seamless supply chain flow across stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

Oversee production planning and coordination of new vehicle launches in collaboration with EBRO SUV and CHERY International.

Standardize processes related to vehicle flow, supporting plant sustainability.

Identify bottlenecks and develop structured plans to resolve process challenges.

Partner with the Imports Control team to ensure logistics connection from the port terminal.

Conduct face-to-face meetings with key stakeholders to support strategic decisions.

Coordinate communication across CHERY – EBRO SUV – EBRO Factory supply chain.

Analyze business impacts of parts disruptions and update the risk matrix accordingly.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the automotive or industrial sector.

Strong skills in stakeholder management, analysis and structured problem-solving.

Familiarity with production KPIs and supply chain flows.

Proficiency with digital tools and workflows.

Resilience and adaptability in fast-paced industrial environments.

Fluent English is required.
