The ideal candidate will possess fluency in both German and English, with a deep understanding of region-specific jargon and colloquialism. Your experience working with Microsoft Office products and applications will be valuable assets in this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply knowledge of German language to execute standard, small-scale projects or assigned components of a larger project to improve processes, using tools or reporting to achieve quality metrics or improvements.
• Manage escalation on routine / predefined tasks.
• Create or fix media assets such as subtitle, metadata or artwork with high quality.

About the Team

The Prime Video Global Operations team partners with various stakeholders across Prime Video (Program, Business, Partner Operations, Tech, Product, Research and Science, etc) to oversee asset deliveries, system processing and assembly, and on-time, defect free, and complete content publishing to Prime Video's global audience.
