JOB SUMMARY

In your role as an HR Generalist, you’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like recruiting, training and document generation for our Network of Rental Stations. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. And you will also act as point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics.

The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Conduct end to end talent acquisition and recruitment processes for internal and external roles
  • Oversee employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves, opportunities for development, data changes requests, etc., in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient workplace where issues are tackled rapidly
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with new hire information or changes in employment status
  • Update Talent Management tools within your scope of responsibility
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity as needed
  • Ad hoc support with budget monitoring and payroll
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations
  • Prepare different documents that come from the employee life cycle (offer letters, data change letters, end of season communication for seasonal workers, etc.)
  • Manage the rehire and suspension of seasonal workers (“fijos discontinuos”) on a yearly basis
  • Maintain talent management tools on your scope of responsibility
  • Support in processing employee complaints regarding discrimination and / or instances harassment and assist in any necessary investigations and disciplinary actions
  • Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary
  • Requisitos

  • You have experience in a fast paced environment; 3+ years of experience working as a HR Generalist or similar role
  • Experience managing end to end recruitment processes with high volumes
  • Has managed employees and managers queries on a regular basis
  • Has worked on keeping and assessing the accuracy of the information sitting in the HRIS tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
  • Additional HR training or experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, ethics, and cultural awareness
  • Resourceful, problem-solving aptitude
  • Team player
  • Good reporting and analytical skills
  • Strong knowledge of HR procedures and policies as well as Labor regulations.
  • Skilled in MS Office, HRIS systems (Workday is a plus), and comfortable learning new technology systems as needed
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
