Descripción del trabajo3 years of experience in video game production with a track record of shipped projects. Portfolio showcasing realistic 3D environment art or a clear ability to adapt to realistic visual styles. Proficiency in 3ds Max, Substance suite, and Z‑brush; Blender optional. Skilled in PBR assets and PBR workflow. Good eye for detail and asset organization. Knowledge of video game art standards. Strong collaboration and communication skills, contributing to a healthy team environment. Experience with Lighting, Animation, Concept art, or Shader creation. Familiarity with other 3D plugins / software for procedural / automated asset creation. Permanent contract, full‑time job with excellent social benefits. 25 vacation days per year. 3D Environment Artist – Gameloft Barcelona
Overview
Gameloft is a global leader in mobile game development and publishing, operating franchises such as Asphalt®, Modern Combat, and Dungeon Hunter. With a presence in over 100 countries and a workforce of 4,600, Gameloft is part of the Vivendi group.
Responsibilities
- Model, texture, and integrate in‑game environments based on concepts, 3D mock‑ups, and art direction specifications.
- Create environments from whitebox to final art, balancing performance and visual quality.
- Maintain textures and materials within technical parameters and guidelines.
- Keep levels organized and handle technical tasks such as probes and subsystems.
- Optimize data and workflow.
- Coordinate closely with design teams during level implementation to ensure quality.
- Track and fix bugs during and after level creation.
- Mentor junior team members.
