We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to play a key role in an international program that’s redefining how products and services are delivered through automation, standardization, and digitization.

About You

2–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Tech Lead, or Functional Consultant in digital or transformation environments.

Strong understanding of IT defect management and Quality Assurance.

Hands‑on experience with APIs (REST, SOAP, Postman, Swagger), MS Office, and JIRA / Azure DevOps.

Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex problems.

What You’ll Do

Partner with Product Owners to define and prioritize product requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic transformation goals.

Analyze and document business needs, user journeys, and functional specifications across multiple business lines and countries.

Collaborate with IT teams to define APIs, data models, and system interactions supporting end‑to‑end processes.

Manage bug identification and defect resolution, ensuring quality and traceability throughout delivery.

Lead root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement through KPIs and post‑release reviews.

Fluent in English (written and spoken). Additional languages are a plus.

Based in Barcelona or nearby, with availability for a hybrid working model.
