As a Product Designer in the Core Editor group , you’ll work on essential features that empower small business owners, solopreneurs, and creators to bring their visions to life. This is an exciting opportunity to design tools that millions use daily, enhancing user engagement and supporting entrepreneurs in their creative journeys. You’ll design and refine features central to the Picsart editor, your work will span web and mobile platforms, collaborating closely with engineering, product, and research teams to deliver intuitive and powerful tools that meet the unique needs of our diverse user base.

Design Empowering Tools
- Create intuitive, engaging, and visually polished features that enable small business owners and solopreneurs to easily create professional-quality content.
Prototype and Iterate
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to test and refine ideas, ensuring the delivery of user-centric solutions that address the specific needs of entrepreneurs.Understand the User
Collaborate with user researchers to gather insights into the behaviours and needs of small business owners and solopreneurs, ensuring your designs are grounded in real-world contexts.Partner with product managers, engineers, and researchers to deliver seamless, end-to-end experiences that support the goals of our entrepreneurial users.Use Data to Drive Design
Leverage data and analytics to validate your ideas, measure impact, and continuously improve the user experience for small business owners and solopreneurs.Contribute to the Design System
Ensure consistency across designs by using and contributing to Picsart’s design system, maintaining a cohesive experience for all users.About you
Design Experience
2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, working on consumer-facing applications. Experience in SaaS or creative tools is a plus.A strong portfolio showcasing user-focused design solutions, including wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI, with an emphasis on tools that support small business owners or entrepreneurs.Core Skills
Proficiency in Figma and a strong grasp of design principles, including layout, typography, and colour theory.Familiarity with using data and metrics to inform and validate design decisions, particularly in the context of user engagement and satisfaction.Collaboration and Communication
Strong collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally and effectively communicating ideas to stakeholders.Curiosity and Growth Mindset
A proactive approach to learning and a desire to take on new challenges, with a focus on continuous growth as a designer.This is a hybrid role . You need to live within commuting distance of our Madrid co-working space with in-office attendance at least twice a week.
