The Opportunity

MISSION

To improve NewCom process alignment and efficiency of OtC organizations, under continuous improvement methodology to achieve the objectives fixed in terms of Customer Care, Logistics, Service, Receivables and Cost.

To adapt our OtC Processes to the new Business models.

What you'll get to do

MAIN FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Planning :

  • To prioritize and coordinate new requirements within OTC answering the company challenges and acting as a key user for functional designs.
  • To work initiatives and projects within OTC scope (integrations of new brands and subsidiaries, …) working closely with global teams and functional stakeholders.
  • To coordinate the implementation of training plans for OtC teams aligned to processes & to improve knowledge, performance and accuracy.
  • To analyze opportunities and drive specific projects to improve OtC procedures and KPIs outcome

Execute :

  • To assure continuous improvement on existing processes & tools based on detected issues and internal best practices
  • To be a part of the approval of any change in the OtC process needed locally / regionally, finally approved by the BPO.
  • To monitor performance and work load of the OtC teams.
  • Understand business needs and define new developments needed
  • Drive change management withing S&OE areas if integrations or new processes and tools.
  • Control :

  • To follow a sustainability process to assess skill gaps for OtC
  • To follow up overall OtC KPIs, ensure its accuracy, and look for corrective actions if needed : Service Level, Receivables, Collections and Risks, TPP.
  • To follow up and support new technologies, systems, and robotics initiatives
  • Define and maintain OTC processes documentation
  • Serve as the functional reference for the OTC areas

    REQUIREMENTS

  • University Degree.
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar position.
  • English & Spanish fluent. Other European languages will be highly valuable.
  • Good communication skills, teamwork & cooperation and perserverance.
