About The Role

Generative AI models are improving rapidly, and our goal is to enable them to address specialized questions and develop complex reasoning skills.

Responsibilities :

  • Content Creation & Refinement : Create and refine content to ensure accuracy and relevance across various accounting topics (GAAP and / or IFRS), including developing references and task examples.
  • Experts Acquisition : Conduct interviews and assess qualification tests to ensure experts' competency.
  • Chat Moderation : Support project-related queries from experts in Discord chats, focusing on project guidelines.
  • Auditing Work : Review and evaluate tasks by experts, ensuring alignment with guidelines, providing feedback, verifying information, and editing content as needed.

Requirements :

  • Master's degree in Accounting.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in roles such as Cost Accountant, Management Accountant, FP&A Analyst, and others listed.
  • Advanced (C1 or above) English proficiency.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience with GAAP and / or IFRS standards.
  • Extensive experience in Management Accounting.
  • Willingness to learn new methods, adapt quickly, and work with complex guidelines.
  • Fully remote role requiring a laptop, internet, time, and enthusiasm.
