Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the sales strategy to grow LONGi’s sell-out volumes within the DG segment.
- Strengthen relationships with key EPCs, installers, and distribution partners, providing ongoing technical and commercial support.
- Promote LONGi’s product and solution portfolio, highlighting technical differentiation, reliability, and performance advantages.
- Collaborate with distribution partners to identify new business opportunities, co-develop offers, and support project design stages.
- Together with the Product & Solution team, use design and simulation tools (e.g., PVsyst, PV
- Sol) to analyze project performance and demonstrate the value of LONGi technology.
- Train and educate partners and customers on product features.
- Collect market feedback and competitor insights to guide local commercial and product strategy.
- Ensure accurate CRM updates, forecasting, and pipeline reporting.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Business or related field.Experience in technical sales or application engineering within the solar industry.Proven experience conducting technical and financial feasibility studies for photovoltaic projects.Experience working with EPCs, installers, and distribution networks.Ability to translate technical value into clear commercial arguments.Strong communication and presentation skills; comfortable speaking at industry events.
