R&D Process Technician Trainee

At Bolton Food, we are looking for an R&D Process Trainee to join our R&D Team. This internship is a great opportunity to kickstart your career in Food Process Development while contributing to the design, validation, and optimization of food processes in a dynamic, international environment. You will support the development of new food processes—from formulation to packaging—collaborate with suppliers and technical teams, and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

What you will do

• ✅ Support the development of new food processes – from formulation to packaging.
• ✅ Assist in the validation of new production lines and prepare technical documentation.
• ✅ Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance process efficiency and product quality.
• ✅ Collaborate with suppliers and technical teams to ensure technical feasibility.
• ✅ Document and standardize processes to build a global knowledge base across plants.
