Purpose

This role is within the Digital Technology Department at JTI, specifically in the DIGITECH department of the Global Development Center. It plays a critical role in defining technology and architecture strategy aligned with our business vision, focusing on digital delivery.

Main Responsibilities

• Delivery & Technical Ownership : Provide in-depth technical expertise in solution development, understand business requirements, and translate them into project deliverables. Ensure solutions align with industry standards and best practices.
• Release Management : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define release scope, develop release plans, coordinate activities, oversee testing, and improve release processes. Stay updated on industry trends related to eCommerce platforms, Azure, Magento, CI / CD, and DevSecOps.
• Service Level Management : Establish and monitor performance metrics, provide management reports, and drive customer-centric initiatives to improve service efficiency and incident resolution.
