What You’ll Do

Design, develop, and maintain backend web services and APIs using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — product, frontend, DevOps — to deliver high-quality features.

Occasionally contribute to the frontend stack (React, Angular, or similar) in a full-stack environment.

Build and optimize containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes in Linux-based environments.

Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following best practices and modern design patterns.

Help evolve the company’s microservices and cloud-native architecture , improving performance and scalability.

Participate in code reviews, mentorship, and technical discussions , helping to elevate engineering standards.

What We’re Looking For

5+ years of experience in professional web development.

Strong expertise in Python 3+ , with a solid grasp of async programming, concurrency, and decorators.

Familiarity with JavaScript and modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, etc.) — or a readiness to learn.

Hands-on experience with Docker , Kubernetes , and Linux environments .

Experience with CI / CD , version control (Git), and automated testing.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills in an international, English-speaking environment .

Nice to Have

Experience with RabbitMQ , Kafka, or other message brokers.

Background in micro frontends , web components, or modular frontend architectures.

Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Previous experience in SaaS, data-driven products, or high-scale web platforms.
